The owner of this establishment is very rude and the processing area is not clean at all. I went to pick up my meat and there was meat all over the floor, the saw was dirty along with the grinder and tables. There were flies all around in the processing area. I wouldnt recommend him to anyone. He will not get anymore of my business, I believe I'd rather pay Nichols a little more money as to wonder how contaminated my meat is coming out of his place.
