Outfit offers use of skinning shed for hunters, located next to walk in cooler with rail system for hunters to hang with their processing instructions.  Harvin Choice Meats offer fresh cuts, ground, cubed, fresh sausage, smoked sausage, jalopeno & cheese smoked sausage, summer sausage, jalapeno & cheese summer sausage, bologna, and venison steak patties. 

For an additional charge, Harvin Choice Meats will skin your deer if deer is placed on pallets inside cooler.
